EVENT/TOURNAMENT EXCLUSIVE CARDS

Hi,
      I was wondering what the purpose of having event exclusive cards and limiting the accessability of them? It would be rather unfair to other players who have not obtained these cards as it may allow people who do have these cards to have run decks they can't. Now in general this wouldn't be a major issue if the cards are just for collectors value but there seems to be a surprisngly large number of them most with quite considerable effects.


where do I go to join tournaments?
